This policy describes how HyperTrend handles information when you visit the informational website at www.hypertrend.top, including its documentation and Chinese pages (the “Site”). It does not cover the HyperTrend app, the separate public sale or HTU Labs websites, or external communities reached through links on this Site. Those services may have their own notices.
Information we handle
Browsing the Site
When your browser requests a page, the hosting and network services used to deliver the Site may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, request time and error or security events. We use this information to deliver the Site, diagnose problems and protect it from misuse.
The Site does not require an account or a wallet connection to read its pages. Documentation search downloads a static index and runs in your browser; the search terms you type are not sent to a search service by that feature. Choosing English or Chinese changes the page URL rather than storing a language preference on your device.
Some pages show aggregate on-chain statistics, addresses or example credit reports. These are content displayed by the Site, not information you submit by visiting it. Browsing the Site does not create a credit score for you. If live data is enabled, your browser may request it from app.hypertrend.top, which receives the technical details normally sent with a web request.

If you email us, we receive your email address, any name or other information you choose to provide, the message and our correspondence. We use these details to respond and handle related follow-up.
Why we use information
We use technical request information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site, and correspondence to answer enquiries. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in those activities, subject to your rights, and on legal obligations where we must comply with them. The Site's current code does not use visitor information for advertising or behavioral analytics.
Service providers and external links
Hosting, network and email providers may process information on our behalf to deliver the Site and correspondence. They may operate in countries other than yours. Where required, we use applicable protections for such processing and transfers.
Links to the HyperTrend app, public sale and HTU Labs sites, as well as X, Telegram and Discord, take you to separate services. Their handling of information is described in their own notices; following a link may send the destination your browser's usual request information.

Technical records are kept according to the hosting and security settings for as long as needed to deliver and protect the Site or investigate a problem. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related recordkeeping or legal obligations. Current use on this Site
The Site's current application code does not set cookies or write to local or session storage. It does not load advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are served from the Site itself. Language selection is part of the URL, and documentation search runs in the browser using a static index without saving your query as a preference.
